Building a new home from the ground up can a lot of times be a very stressful and time-consuming process… Unless you’re one of our clients. We have a simple but effective process to ensure our clients are never left out of the loop
Dream
This is the very first stage of bringing your new living space to life, and perhaps the most creative part as well. Our in-house architect and designer will sit down with you and go over the guidelines from the community you have chosen for your home along with your needs/wants for your new living space. Once we have an idea, we will prepare a few different designs for the exterior elevation, and the interior floor plan as well. We will repeat this process until our clients have found the elevation and layout that fulfills all their requirements. If you have something in mind already, even better! Only once we have truly captured your vision, will we move onto the design phase.
Design
Now, the exciting part. This is where our team works with our clients to decide on any structural changes they may want in the skeleton, as well as the finishes they will want inside of their new home. Once we have decided on a palette, our designer will work with you to bring all the finishes you desire to life. We can bring just about anything to life, and we mean it. After the design specifications have been made, we give our clients an idea of what their new home will cost. For the most part we have done well in being able to cater to all of our clients’ requests, without having them worry about going over budget.
Build
You’ve done great! Now let us do some of the work as well. The build phase is the construction process, and where our project manager works tirelessly to ensure our clients receive a home that is both structurally sound and finished to our clients’ standards, on time. We provide weekly progress pics, budget updates and unlimited site visits for all of our products. A great emphasis on updates about costs and schedule are provided to our clients in our show of transparency and to ensure ample client-builder collaboration for your new home.
Project Management
If you already have acquired land and home plans to your liking, we offer a flat fee, based on the project scope, for your homes’ project management. We project manage all of our products as if they were our own personal homes so rest assured, no details will be overlooked.
Renovations
No renovation project is too small or big for our team. While we tend to concentrate on new construction, bringing great new energy and life to all of our renovation clients’ homes is what motivates our renovations. We pride ourselves in making existing living spaces feel brand new and work diligently with our clients to execute exactly to their liking.
